Why is maintenance so important for your bottom line?

Do you know what happens to your car when you stop changing the oil? It stops running. Then you have the expense of having to replace it.

This is the same principle behind making sure your building is getting regular maintenance. Establishing a schedule of regular inspections and repairs is vital to not only taking care of the space, but keeping the people inside of it as safe as possible.

For instance, leaks don't just cause damage, they could cause mildew and mold. These can cause illness in the people working nearby. So the sooner a leak is discovered through frequent inspections and repairs, the better.
